At Bonnie Rose we believe in our products and personally hand select every item.
However, as with all vintage clothing, whether through wear and tear or time itself, few pieces are in perfect condition so all imperfections are disclosed in the details information of our products.
Please choose your vintage items carefully as there is strictly no returns on these garments due to the delicate nature of some fabrics, such as silk and lace.
Orders will be posted within 24hrs of receipt of payment. Payment and shipping options will be included in your email order confirmation.
Should you wish to return your vintage inspired item we are happy for you to do so for an Exchange or Credit note, although we must have email notification of your intention to return the item within 24 hours of you receiving the item, and the item must be returned unworn with tags in the same condition as when the item left us, within 3 business days.
We accept no responsibility for items lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
