Please choose your vintage items carefully as there is strictly no returns on these garments due to the delicate nature of some fabrics, such as silk and lace.
Should you wish to return your vintage inspired item we are happy for you to do so for an Exchange or Credit note, and we must have email notification of your intention to return the item within 24 hours of you receiving the item, and the item must be returned unworn, with tags in the same condition and still attached to the item as when the item left us.
The item would need to be received by Bonnie Rose within 3 working days of your email notification.
We do not accept returns on Bulk Orders.
